Ocular drug delivery system in that system eye is the most complicated and sophisticated organ of the body, Eye diseases are commonly growing in day to day life, which can be prevented through the conventionally used dosage forms like eye drops, ointments. Eye drop is mostly used in the treatment of eye disease. After instillation of an eyedrop, typically less than 5% of the applied drug penetrates the cornea and reaches to the intraocular tissues. Ophthalmic drugs are limited by rapid precorneal drug elimination due to solution drainage and systemic absorption from the conjunctival sac.in this reiew article the author explaine the devices and medicament used the ocular delivery system
