Abstract
Methanol extracts of salt Pans Cyanobacteria have been investigated for in vitro antibacterial activity against Escheriachia coli, Streptococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Klebsiella pneumonia, Streptococcus facecalis and Bacillus subtilis using agar diffusion and Minimum inhibition concentration. The Cyanobacteria namely, Spirulina major, Oscillatoria salina and Plectonema terebram showed significant antibacterial activity than other tested salt Pan Cyanobacteria
