Carcinoma is a life-threatening disease that disrupts the integrity and order of normal tissues. Breast cancer, which accounts for 13% of all cancer-related deaths in women worldwide, is the most common type. Therefore, This research examines the manner in which medications are now prescribed to breast cancer patients. Methodology: This research was carried out through observation in the oncology division. of district hospital palakkad for over a six-month interval. Prescriptions were inspected, and documentation about the drugs prescribed was collected. Result: The study involved 108 patients in total. The most widely utilised chemotherapy drugs were cyclophosphamide (100%) and adriamycin(100%); next taxanes such paclitaxel(2.07%) and docetaxel(9.25%); and trastuzumab(50%) for people with Human Epidermal Growth Factor 2 hormone receptor positivity. Conclusion:Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamide in combination therapy followed taxanes are most commonly used chemotherapeutic agents
