Abstract

The standard and quality of therapeutic management for abnormalities of heart disease patients not up until now described in inflexible methods creates confusions and lacks accuracy. In that medicine it seems, the bandwagon term has become a concept for entire peoples who need and which all are neglected repeatedly in health care system which is dominated by development of technology and life styles. Quality of life (QOL) related health opposed to the disease experience and illness measurement. To improve the safety and standard quality of therapy in department of cardiology especially inpatient ward units. The study sample size is 100 patients and study consisted of two groups. This study carried out as time duration of 6 months. Design of this study as a longitudinal and prospective observational study design. Improvement in quality of therapeutic management of cardiac patients assisted through clinical pharmacist contributes to outcome of general health by developing with the therapy management in wards. Benefit and evidence provided more appropriate for the patients (safety and efficacy) use of medication initiated intervention as a clinical pharmacist study outcome. Involvement in that revealed at our study the clinical pharmacist team leads to deliver the well developed and documented of medication use and optimization. Assures the further implementation of possible and valuable word based services of clinical pharmacist in India.
